Lower eyeliner is ideal for clients whose eyes disappear without makeup or who like a little extra definition under the lashes but prefer not to wear pencil or powder every day. As with all cosmetic tattoos, the first retouch at 4–6 weeks is included to perfect any areas that need a little more depth once the skin has settled.
